Organic Chamomile Flower, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Catnip Leaf
 
Directions
Add 1 TBS per 8 ounce cup of boiling water. Steep 8-10 minutes. May infuse overnight, may reuse 2-3 times.
