This class is tailored to meet the needs of elementary through high school children.
Join clinical herbalist Lindsey Deschamps for an enlightening session on how to assist children and teenagers as they transition back to school. School-aged children may face various challenges, such as emotional and physiological adjustments, when moving from summer to fall. Discover ways to support your children (and yourself) amidst social and academic pressures, changes in sleep patterns, and the increased demand for mental concentration.
